Special Issue in Cancers

The journal “Cancers” (IF>6) invited Professor Andras Szasz to be guest editor of a  special issue about local hyperthermia. Prof. Szasz asked two renowned hyperthermia experts (Prof. S.Bodis and Prof NR.Datta) to be coeditors with him.

The special issue is a great opportunity for the field of hyperthermia in oncology. The final goal is to accept this method as a standard with conventionally applied therapies.

The issue highlights the recent developments and shows the modulated electro-hyperthermia as a valued member of the group of local hyperthermia. The editors expect contributors from the worldwide application of the local hyperthermia methods in oncology.
