Keeping up with the times – IT skills: Word and Excel (ICT training)
The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the use of the most commonly used Microsoft Office applications, enabling them to edit text and work with spreadsheets, thereby improving their information and communication (digital) skills.

Keeping up with the times – IT skills: Advanced Excel (ICT training)
The aim of the training is to enable participants to use one of the most widely used Microsoft Office applications, develop spreadsheet editing and data handling skills, and overall enhance their digital competencies. The training specifically focuses on mastering Excel at a higher and more efficient user level.

Keeping up with the times – IT skills: Software for work (ICT training)
The aim of the training is to introduce participants to basic IT software, operating systems, and programs used for collaboration, communication, and remote work.

Assertive communication (Soft skill training)
The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the characteristics of assertive communication, enabling them to represent their interests calmly while considering others’ needs. Participants learn effective conflict management techniques, the difference between “I-messages” and “You-messages,” and how to distinguish between needs and emotions.

Negotiation techniques (Soft skill training)
The aim of the training is to help participants reach a level—primarily through communication exercises—where they can act confidently, prepared, and authentically in everyday communication situations. It also aims to improve negotiation communication skills and provide opportunities for practice and feedback.
